As a GMA, you will collaborate with HR colleagues to provide expert advisory and coordination for international relocations and assignment processes. This role offers the opportunity to engage with employees, managers, and business leaders, addressing a range of topics with precision, empathy, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and data integrity. Reporting to the Global Mobility Advisory Lead in Manila, you will support day-to-day advisory functions for international relocations and assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver flawless basics in all aspects of global mobility, ensuring high-quality standards and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and managers to design and recommend tailored international relocation and expatriate assignment packages, ensuring that solutions are strategically aligned with business objectives and meet the unique needs of our employees.
- Act as a central point of contact to track and monitor the progress of moves, ensuring seamless execution.
- Build and maintain executive reporting on the status of moves, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively solve them before they impact employees.
- Conduct employee briefings on package offerings, programs, and processes, including domestic relocation and international assignments, covering expatriate compensation, payroll, tax, and vendor services.
- Liaise with external vendors on immigration, destination, and shipment services, addressing service issues as needed.
- Manage day-to-day cases for the existing relocation and expatriate population, handling ad hoc queries.
- Partner with the Global Mobility Operations team to achieve operational excellence.
- Assist and coordinate projects to improve processes and offerings.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the global mobility program.
- Continuously enhance and uplift our products and services by focusing on cohesive, frictionless, and personalized experiences for our employees.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Global Mobility function.
- Good understanding of international compensation, payroll, tax, expatriate assignments, and relocations/assignments.
- Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with senior HR colleagues, senior managers, and leaders.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills and experience dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Highly motivated and adaptable, capable of working under pressure and managing high volumes.
- Attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues promptly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and caseloads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for creating presentations and conducting analysis.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Global Mobility industry certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
