Join our team as an Analyst or Associate on the Exchange Traded Products Trading desk, where you'll manage risk, execute trades, and contribute to the strategic expansion of our trading platform. As an Analyst or Associate, at Exchange Traded Products Trading Desk, you will play a crucial role in managing risk, executing trades, and supporting client interactions. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure the desk's competitive positioning in the market and automate day-to-day tasks to enhance productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute trades on exchange-traded products, focusing on equity derivatives.
  • Analyze and assess risk measures to optimize trading performance.
  • Price trades and evaluate exposure to ensure effective risk management.
  • Collaborate with Quantitative Research, Technology, Sales, and Legal teams.
  • Support the sales team with client requests and strategic positioning.
  • Automate day-to-day tasks to enhance desk productivity.
  • Shadow experienced traders to gain insights into trading strategies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong quantitative skillset and analytical decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of equity derivatives and option pricing, with an understanding of pricing risk.
  • Excellent attention to detail and transparent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficiency in coding and automation tools is a plus.
