Job Summary:
As a Lead within the Global Banking Planning & Analysis team, you will be responsible for delivering on the Global Banking automation book of work to drive process efficiencies within the Global Banking P&A organization. You will focus on simplifying processes, creating analytical capabilities using various tools and technologies, and driving value-add change. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior executives to formulate and prioritize a roadmap for automation/ analytical development.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, drive and manage the Global Banking Automation book of work
- Provide automation status updates to Senior Management
- Managing a Team - work allocation, performance review, feedback
- Partner with the GB Finance teams to deliver automated solutions/ dashboards for Senior Management reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to source, wrangle, and synthesize data sets to craft actionable insights using Alteryx, Essbase/Paragon, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Conceptualize and develop QLIK Sense/Tableau dashboards that provide functionality required by all Personas.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand their reporting/ automation requirements and deliver on the same.
- Help leadership across Regions and Industries to formulate and prioritize a roadmap for analytical development.
- Form and leverage a robust understanding of Finance Strategy, Tooling, and Target State Operating model.
- Partner with Business Management and Analytics & Reporting teams to develop insightful reporting, focusing on reporting automations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related majors.
- At least 5 years of Finance transformation/automation experience and team management
- Understanding of a Bank's balance sheet and P&L.
- Expert on MS Excel and VBA knowledge.
- Alteryx, Python experience for data transformation and automation.
- Tableau/Qlik experience for dashboard and visualization creation.
- Experience with Essbase/Paragon and Big Data technologies.
- Proactive with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to interact with, build relationships with, and influence cross-functional partners at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and thinking outside of the box.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Data Science knowledge desired.
