As an Executive Director in Business Banking Cash Management, you will be responsible for the strategy, customer experience, control environment, profitability, and overall delivery of cash management solutions to our customers. As a core leader, you will have a team and will need to partner closely with product teams in digital payments and Treasury Services, Cash Management Consultants in the field, and various functional partners to be successful. - Serve as the P&L (Profit & Loss) owner across 40+ Cash Management product lines, responsible for overall business management, financial & operational results delivery
- Ensure we have a strong control environment with proper processes in place to identify and address issues
- Partner closely with agile product teams to ensure we have proper testing and validation; and we properly correct for issues that are discovered
- Leverage business strategy and knowledge of platform capabilities to inform the direction for product & end-to-end client experiences
- Develop a cohesive strategy for Cash Management solutions across our full range of customers from small micro-businesses to more complex businesses with multi-million revenues
- Work closely with digital payments (i.e., Consumer and Community Banking payments) and Treasury Services (i.e., Corporate and Investment Banking) product teams on go-to-market strategies for our products.
- Partner across multiple stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Controls, and Technologies to propel day-to-day operations
- Provide people leadership and talent development to the Cash Management team
- Develop and/or redesign operating procedures, and capabilities to promote growth
- Guide product and feature enhancements through the necessary governance and compliance functions to gain approval to move towards the general availability release
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 minimum years of experience working with Treasury Service products (payments and/or collections) and digital payment solutions for business customers
- 10 minimum years of applicable business experience with demonstrated experience in product management, performance improvement, financial management, and business process management in financial services
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with business partners

- Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple audiences at senior levels
- Strong financial and business acumen with a strong bias towards practical execution
- An intellectual curiosity surrounding new technologies and the competitive environment
- Versatile personality type with high resiliency and a commitment for success and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done
- MBA or related degree preferred, but not required
