GenAI Senior Product Associate

As a Senior Product Associate in the AI/ML Solutions Platform team, you will be an integral part of the team that innovates new generative AI product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, developing solutions that enable and accelerate the development of generative AI use cases. Your commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability will guide the successful launch of products, ensuring top-tier customer experiences.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality generative AI products that exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will drive the product strategy and vision, ensuring that our offerings align with market trends and customer needs
Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Develops a product strategy and vision for generative AI that delivers value to customers.
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Builds the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Work experience in GEN AI (Generative Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning (ML), and AWS.
- Product management experience in data-driven environments.
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to manage product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the AI/ML space
