As a GenAI Product Manager within our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of generative AI use cases from concept to production. Your strategic thinking and deep understanding of AI technologies will be crucial in transforming ideas into impactful solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI products, while continuously improving and innovating our offerings.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to develop scalable AI solutions. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, using insights to inform product decisions. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for generative AI solutions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop AI use cases addressing specific business challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless AI product integration.
  • Conduct market research to inform product decisions.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap with key milestones and deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure AI product success.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, focusing on AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and risk management.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement practices.
