As a Future and Derivatives Client Services Analyst in Futures and Derivatives Clearing Operations Team, you will perform key control functions and liaise with our clients regarding all of their Operational requirements. You will partner with our execution desks, front office account managers, clearing teams and other internal support areas.
Futures and Derivatives Clearing Operations (FDCO) team is part of Prime Financial Services Operations, and provides clearing services to clients who trade Futures and Options, Credit and Rates or FX.
Job responsibilities
- Is a single point of contact including coverage of some priority clients
- Sets and maintains standards of the highest Client Service and driving improvements
- Manages product expiry in a timely and accurate manner
- Supports Clearing Technology
- Co-ordinates and manages multiple groups to quickly and efficiently resolve client issues regarding Trade discrepancies, J.P.Morgan clearing fees and execution fees, Interest, reporting queries and regulatory requirements
- Visits clients and holds regular service review meetings
- Initiates and participates in process improvement initiatives/automation
- Manages stakeholders and drives change
- Reviews client experience metrics for the clients you own and delivers solutions for our clients

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in the financial services industry, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical skill with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to perform in a fast paced and demanding work environment
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the Clearing product
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with some form of coding (VBA, SQL, Python, or Java)
