As a Fund Servicing Associate II in the Fund Services Trades Team, you are responsible for the daily management of fund accounting staff, either directly or through subordinate supervisors. You will engage in extensive problem-solving and make key decisions regarding employment, performance appraisals, training, disciplinary actions, and salary recommendations. Your role involves managing escalated issues and ensuring appropriate onward escalation to higher levels as needed. You will be instrumental in building the right control environment and developing metrics to monitor and track performance delivery. Given the technical nature of the role, you may also serve as an individual contributor, leveraging your expertise to drive success.

Job responsibilities:
• Validate exceptions above defined materiality thresholds.
• Identify core weaknesses in processes and propose potential solutions.
• Continuously develop industry and product knowledge.
• Manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution.
• Provide technical direction and support to assigned staff.
• Develop goals and execute strategies within the department.
• Ensure decisions are guided by policies or established practices with limited impact on company revenues/assets.
• Collaborate with Talent & Development (T&D) to cover and implement training needs and requirements for staff.
• Lead Learning & Development (L&D) sessions for staff.
• Plan staff professional development and mobility plans.

• Ability to identify process weaknesses and develop innovative solutions.
