As an APAC IBOR Team Lead within J.P. Morgan's Middle Office Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) for our Global Investment Manager clients. You will oversee large components of daily operational activities essential to the construction and delivery of client reporting (IBOR). You will act as the client-facing point of escalation and work with global IBOR teams in Europe, APAC, and the US to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy in a 'follow the sun' model. Your role involves influencing and building strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization and managing the entire IBOR service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
- Play a lead role for the APAC IBOR team and act as the client-facing point of escalation.
- Oversee daily operational activities essential to the construction and delivery of client reporting (IBOR).
- Collaborate with global IBOR teams to achieve seamless integration and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Influence and build strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
- Work cross-functionally with technology, service, product, and other operations teams to manage IBOR service delivery.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership and ability over process and control, both over established and required enhancements in the Middle Office.
- Excellent communication style and proven ability to deal with key clients.
- Extensive understanding of OTC instruments, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, and Equity products.
- Proven track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload.
- Ability to work with and understand the responsibilities of other products, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Asset Servicing, and Trade Processing.
- Strong team player with the ability to set and maintain high standards.
