Job Summary:
As an Associate in the Operations Management team, you will manage Income-related breaks and ensure accurate reconciliation of Paydown, Interest, and Dividend breaks. You will oversee daily controls, client service inquiries, and key metrics production. Your role involves timely escalation and risk management within the Income Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Income-related breaks.
- Investigate and validate Paydown, Interest, and Dividend breaks.
- Process and validate Income adjustments.
- Complete daily controls and sign-offs.
- Resolve client service inquiries promptly.
- Produce key metrics within timelines.
- Escalate issues to Operational and Risk leads.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in governance and supervisory control.
- Promote timely escalation and root cause analysis.
- Manage risk items and compliance evidence.

- Possess knowledge of financial instruments and fund accounting.
