As a Fund Services Senior Associate in the Global Fund Services Change Strategy Team, you will be responsible for delivering high profile project management and data automation change assignments on behalf of the business. You will be part of a team of driven individuals and manage your own project book.

The Global Fund Services Change Strategy team is responsible for process improvement across Global Fund Services and product (Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Financial Reporting, Asset Pricing, and Transfer Agency), using a combination of project management and digital solutions.

  • Lead reviews of functional processes across the Global Fund Services Operations (GFSO) organization to reduce overall operational risk and build a more robust end-to-end process
  • Develop and leverage a digitalization skillset and a data-centric mindset to identify and execute process improvement
  • Create outstanding visual and verbal stories to help articulate this journey at all levels of the organization, including securing approval from senior leaders and communicating new processes to operations teams
  • Make recommendations on how to address identified gaps, as well as implications for team structure, location strategy, functional alignment
  • Build strong partnerships with Operations, Product and Technology teams to lead,
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders using strong interpersonal and influencing skills to challenge the process
  • Manage your own book of work and ensure you meet project deadlines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services
  • A commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues to audiences at all levels
  • Proactive mind-set, self-motivated, and able to work with high degree of independence.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with our Intelligent Automation toolkit: Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, UiPath.
  • Capability of presenting to an Executive Director level audience will be expected

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience of working in a project management team is highly desirable
  • A strong knowledge of Fund Accounting would be an advantage
  • A track record of delivering projects making use of Alteryx and Tableau or similar citizen developer tools would be looked on favorably
  • Experience in fund services is preferred
