Job Summary:
As a Fund Accounting Associate within the JP Morgan Fund Accounting Team, you will coordinate and monitor fund accounting, reporting, and regulatory activities. You will ensure timely and accurate creation, review, and delivery of work for night shift operations. Collaborate with partners and senior management to meet deliverables as per service level agreements and regulatory deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Fund Accounting operations and manage daily activities.
- Ensure completion and sign-off of daily controls and processing.
- Communicate strategic and regulatory changes within the organization.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures regularly.
- Contribute to strategic development of Fund Accounting products.
- Validate processing activities and manage exceptions.
- Analyze client accounting records and escalate potential issues.
- Collaborate with partner sites for external deliveries.
- Address accounting-related queries from stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities to improve processes.
- Ensure adherence to risk and control checks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Have at least 6 years of experience in fund accounting.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in document review.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills for evaluating Fund Accounting numbers.
- Possess thorough knowledge of US regulations, mutual funds, and NAV.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Implement change and seek efficiencies in daily responsibilities.
- Manage initiatives alongside daily tasks.
