- Assist in complex change programs in Fund Services with significant scale, complexity, and budget.
- Apply critical thinking to understand requirements and propose solutions, supporting sustainable processes with appropriate control mechanisms.
- Support requirements gathering, definition, and documentation to the required quality level.
- Assist in constructing, designing, implementing, and maintaining governance structures to improve profitability, controls, and market positioning.
- Support program work streams across multiple functional areas, including technology and operations, to successful completion.
- Provide verbal and written status updates to support senior management with timely and accurate maintenance of program artifacts.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing product capabilities and assist in designing innovative solutions for new opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Fund Accounting with a basic understanding of the marketplace.
- Ability to understand a diverse and complex technology and operations infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex issues into actions.
- Program management experience with familiarity in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong execution skills with strategic thinking to support service platform design.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment.
- Strong independent contributor comfortable working in a self-directed mode.
- Ability to prepare quality materials and present confidently in multiple settings.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Fund Services experience with exposure to operations, client service, product development, fund accounting, or custody.
- Understanding of Fund Accounting and Alternative Investments in onshore and offshore locations.
- Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to represent JPMorgan at industry forums.
- Willingness to constructively challenge and work collaboratively with partners.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Visio and Project.
