Job Summary
As a Fraud Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Fraud Area Product, you will support the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Fraud Center of Excellence across lines of business. Positioned at the crossroads of business and technology, you will collaborate with colleagues to understand challenges and opportunities, transforming this knowledge into high-quality technical requirements. You will coordinate with technical delivery teams to ensure solutions meet all requirements and provide exceptional business and customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with fraud product owners, data scientists, and fraud strategists to drive customer-focused solutions across the organization.
- Manage interdependencies between product releases and other product delivery teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Design solutions and improve existing software systems to meet business requirements, working with stakeholders and technology partners.
- Conduct and lead technical and functional JAD sessions, driving solution design and defining web services API contracts.
- Build requirement artifacts, data flow diagrams, user stories, use cases, mapping documents, and define test scenarios.
- Elicit accurate functional and technical requirements and user stories with supporting acceptance criteria.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial/banking services.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and share concepts clearly with varied audiences of business and technical resources.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to interview stakeholders and quickly understand new concepts.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects from ideation through completion.
- Ability to handle multiple projects while managing conflicting deadlines and handling ambiguity.
- Experience with service-oriented design and technology (Rest APIs, microservices, Kafka, web services, MQ messaging).
- Proficiency with project tracking and process documentation tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Visio.
