As a Fixed Income Syndicate Analyst within the Trade Support Team, you will process New Issue flow originated by the EMEA Debt Capital Markets and Syndicate teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth creation, announcement, and settlement of New Issue activities. This role requires a proactive approach to project work alongside business-as-usual tasks.

- Affirms and confirms unmatched trades across Credit, Rates, and Syndicate desks.
- Automates and simplifies existing processes.
- Monitors and resolves exceptions, addressing root causes.
- Interacts frequently with global support groups (Front Office, Settlements, Technology, etc.).
- Investigates and resolves trade queries and reports promptly.
- Participates in system migration projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong operations and/or finance experience.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with trading desks and operations.
- Aptitude for quickly understanding processes and purposes.
- Strong time management to handle deadlines and escalations.
- Financial numeracy to apply concepts for issue resolution.
- Teamwork skills to improve settlement efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure to prevent operational losses.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills for macros and data analysis.
- Autonomy in completing processes and projects.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Fixed Income experience in a post-trade environment.
- Knowledge of European Securities Markets.
- Sound knowledge of Fixed Income Securities transaction lifecycle.
- Competence in using risk management platforms.
- Understanding of outsourcing regulations.
