As a Senior Associate (Team Manager) in Regulatory Reporting within the Global Finance Regulatory Reporting Solutions team, you will lead a group of professionals responsible for preparing and analyzing regulatory reports for the European Central Bank. You will manage resources, prioritize workloads, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. You'll foster a collaborative environment, drive continuous improvement, and help shape the future of our reporting processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage team resources, prioritize workloads, and oversee training and development.
  • Prepare financial information and produce AnaCredit Regulatory Reporting for the European Central Bank.
  • Conduct analytical reviews and variance analysis of regulatory returns.
  • Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business and Regulatory Controllers.
  • Assess issues and outcomes thoroughly, ensuring accurate communication to business partners.
  • Participate in the production, review, and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for regulatory agencies.
  • Adhere to control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reported financial results.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data submission to regulators.
  • Support the collection and integration of financial data sources into reporting infrastructure.
  • Interpret and define regulatory requirements, coordinating internal and external policies.
  • Establish and manage relationships with business lines and external regulatory agency constituents.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and team development.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact independently with business partners.
  • Experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or knowledge of regulatory reporting and experience with data analytics and data visualization techniques (Tableau).
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse functions, locations, and businesses.
  • Extremely strong organizational and time management skills, problem solving, written and oral communication.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and ETL data processes and practical expertise in programming (VBA, Python) or process automation software (Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath).
  • College or university degree in Finance or a related field.
