As a Fintech Payments Sales Associate in the EMEA Fintech Payments Team, you will support Sales Executives in maintaining and growing our client portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver our comprehensive suite of payment products to Fintech clients, helping them navigate the changing global payments landscape. Your role will involve developing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless product delivery.

Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales Executives in achieving new business goals and annual sales targets.
- Manage and analyze pipeline opportunities, delivering monthly reports to senior management.
- Conduct financial and market analysis to support new business proposals.
- Oversee client onboarding processes, including compliance and KYC/AML responsibilities.
- Prepare client account plans and portfolio management reports.
- Implement and support ongoing client strategies and cross-sell opportunities.
- Raise and manage resolution of business issues related to risk, legal, and compliance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Transaction Banking or Cash Management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage risk dynamics and implement balanced risk/reward relationships.
- Experience working across cultures with internal teams and external clients.
- Ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivery and execution.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the Fintech sector or with Fintech clients.
- Knowledge of global payments and treasury products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
