Join our Financial Analysis and Corporate Sector Finance & Business Management team, where you'll act as a trusted advisor to our leadership, promoting strategic initiatives, managing headcount planning, and overseeing control-related activities. You'll lead the Communications, Engagement, and Training agenda, developing strategic communication plans, enhancing team engagement, and promoting training initiatives. Your exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking will be crucial in building strong relationships across the organization and ensuring alignment. Key responsibilities include managing newsletters, planning visits and townhalls, coordinating events, and defining the strategy and execution of training programs.

As a Communications & Training Business Management Vice President within the Financial Analysis (FA) and Corporate Sector Finance & Business Management (CS F&BM) team, you will lead the Communications, Engagement, and Training agenda for the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic communication plans, enhance team engagement, and promote training initiatives that align with organizational goals. Your role will involve managing monthly newsletters, planning location visits and townhalls, and coordinating firmwide events. You will also play a critical role in defining the strategy and execution of training programs to support the organization.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Business Manager for FA and CS F&BM to define the Engagement and Communications strategy for the organization
  • Drive the planning and execution of Town Halls, fireside chats, skip levels and other communications and firmwide events (Demystifying Earnings)
  • Create and manage content for internal communications, such as newsletters, internal team website, and executive presentations, to keep the organization informed and aligned with strategic goals
  • Design, implement, and oversee training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the organization. This includes identifying training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Serve as main point of contact for rotational analyst and internship pipelines (i.e., GF&BM, Data Science), collecting demand and resource allocation for the organization
  • Oversee the FA and CS F&BM People Agenda to strengthen the team culture in partnership with local leads
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within team and key stakeholders
  • Serving as location lead for the team in Jersey City and manage junior resources on the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related area
  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, process improvement, governance, project management or business management within financial services
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables, strategic thinker
  • Strong written and verbal executive-level communication skills, with ability to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling and persuasive manner at all levels
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills, with interest in learning new technologies
