As a Financial Analysis Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. You will work within the OCFO Finance Product Teams, organized under Financial Analysis (FA), to build scalable end-to-end solutions that integrate technology modernization and business features. Your focus will be on increasing innovation and improving users' experience.

You will help define the product roadmap and partner extensively with Technology, Finance & Business Management, and the Lines of Business (LOBs). Your purpose will be to innovate and deliver solutions to challenging problems, driving sustainable change across the organization.

The Allocations Product Team is looking to define and launch the next generation of allocation solutions and capabilities for the end user, to better manage indirect expenses across the Firm. The Allocations product team will collaborate with business leads and technology to revamp the Firms operating model through simplification and standardization by enhancing reporting capabilities, streamlining business processes and elevating analytic capabilities. The team will extensively prioritize the book of work, oversee the execution of the Product Vision and communicate results to senior leaderships across Financial Analysis, Technology, and other Finance/P&A LOB teams.

The Product Associate position supports the Product Owner in all facets of the Product development lifecycle including requirements gathering/refinement, financial analytics, develop OKR's, budget management and maintenance of product backlog. The ideal candidate is a structured, highly organized individual who can flexibly adapt to a fast-paced agile environment, has superior analytical skills and is an effective communicator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain the backlog of strategic initiatives, including the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Engage in Product Cabinet meetings to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels, including business, technology, operations, executives, peers, and staff.
  • Develop and lead financial analytics and OKRs for the Cabinet, Product team, and senior management, effectively telling the story behind the numbers.
  • Support the creation of a governance framework by maintaining documentation of policies and procedures in collaboration with cabinet members.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • At least +4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Planning and Analysis, Business Management or Product Management
  • Ability to handle high volume of data into concise impactful analytics
  • Advanced working experience with Microsoft Excel and Pitchpro
  • Ability to comfortably interact with various business partners (e.g. Tax, FIRS, LOB teams) and senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Knowledge of Allocations/Indirect expenses and/or Operating expenses highly desired
  • Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
