As a Finance Workforce Data Product Manager within the Finance team, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of a data product that supports workforce planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics across Finance. This role requires a deep understanding of data, analytics, and product development, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data product strategy for that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of the data product, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Manage the lifecycle of data products, including ideation, requirement refinement, development, testing, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ready data for AI tools by identifying opportunities to better describe and / or curate the data.
  • Work closely with production and reporting teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with the Firm's standards.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.
  • Provide training, documentation and support to users of workforce data products, ensuring effective utilization and adoption.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • At least 5yrs of experience with Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of workforce data, headcount forecasting, reporting and analytics use cases and nuances.
  • Product management, data analytics, or financial analytics experience.
  • Strong understanding of data management and analytic tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with data consumption tools such as Databricks, Alteryx, Tableau, OLAP or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python.
