As an Associate in the Finance Data Insights Release Management team, you will work closely with Line of Business stakeholders, data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), consumers, and technology teams across Finance, Credit Risk & Treasury, and various Program Management teams. You will ensure that proper controls and change management processes are strictly adhered to, providing risk mitigation and creating a great user experience for all stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support change events/releases across all data warehouses/lakes in the Liquidity Risk Space.
  • Manage stakeholders throughout the change management lifecycle, including influencing, negotiation, and expectation management.
  • Resolve issues and escalate critical risks.
  • Create strategic decks to support modernization journeys.
  • Document, track, and measure product artifacts to enhance user experience.
  • Execute anomaly detection and regression testing to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in project/product/business management, business analysis, or process re-engineering.
  • Experience in hosting calls and developing stakeholder relationships.
  • Skilled in creating presentations and reporting or producing metrics.
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Creative data storytelling ability and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and assimilate business/technical knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel skills or other analytical toolsets.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Agile delivery mindset and usage of JIRA tool, SQL, or JQL.
  • Previous experience in financial services or consulting roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, AI, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Data Mesh or Cloud Strategy is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with expertise in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
