Finance and Business Management Manager

As a Finance and Business Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will provide guidance and business support to over 3,000 employees. You will engage in business metrics reporting, workforce management, asset management review, and capacity management. Your role will involve leading performance improvements, productivity, and process efficiencies. We act as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads, identifying and mitigating business risks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Propose enhancements to manual processes and identify key business risks, driving resolution of mitigating controls.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to drive projects.
- Provide responsiveness to executive requests related to business analysis and project management.
- Manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks.
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation.
- Create and propose amendments to policies.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
- Drive transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze current business processes for improvement.
- Act as back-up to Workplace Resources, Workforce, Finance Management, and other functions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience in Business Management
- Intermediate to advanced ability in MS Office tools, Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design Software.
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with stakeholder groups and driving agendas.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence individuals towards common goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
