As an Associate in the BCBS 239 Program Management team within Corporate & Investment Bank Finance & Business Management, you will lead and support the end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects that enhance risk data aggregation and reporting capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders across technology, risk, finance, and operations to drive project execution and governance. Together, we create solutions that meet regulatory objectives and support the firm's strategic goals. You will thrive in a collaborative, inclusive environment where your contributions matter. The person hired for this role will be working in partnership with the BCBS 239 Program Owner and respective Workstream Leads across multiple teams, including Corporate Technology, CIB Technology, Risk, Finance, CDAO, Operations, Outsourcing, Control Management and JPMSE Data Governance
Job Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities for regulatory initiatives from inception to completion
- Create and maintain project charters, resourcing plans, and define roles and responsibilities
- Establish and uphold governance structures, fostering strong relationships across teams
- Facilitate working group sessions and coordinate meetings, setting agendas and documenting outcomes
- Develop materials for project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder forums
- Implement Minimum Control Point (MCP) project artifacts for controlled delivery
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management through scorecards
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and functional partners
- Provide guidance and analysis to stakeholders, facilitating communication and issue resolution
- Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are met

- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with innovation tools and processes such as Alteryx and Tableau
- Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Bank businesses and transaction flows
- Basic understanding of securities and derivative products
- Familiarity with Finance, Risk, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, and Derivatives Financial Reform
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and large-scale regulatory programs
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Exposure to legal entity strategy and transformational program delivery
