As an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), you will be providing international cash management, liquidity solutions, global clearing, FX, escrow solutions, merchant services and trade finance and more. We continue to invest in future-growth initiatives, such as blockchain, AI & ML to expand our client base and product offerings.
Job responsibilities:
- Support Sales teams through project work and analysis, and to manage the on-boarding and the KYC processes and end to end deal execution including product and billing set up
- Develop relationships with the Global FIG Sales team and support functions.
- Participate in the preparation of client account plans, briefing memos and portfolio management reporting
- Prepare and review marketing material (pitch books, presentations and slip sheets) for Sales ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency as well as to help prepare client proposals and material for internal approvals
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to collate relevant information and take ownership for the end-to-end deal management process, mastering the use of the implementation tools
- Set up and maintain client reference data and run client-focused internal projects
- Assist Sales managers / Projects leads with client outreach initiatives with analyzing key revenue and pipeline data in order to deliver reports to senior management
- Conduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients
- Keep abreast of current trends in Korea Payments industry and ongoing developments in the areas, such as regulatory, geopolitical background or market trends
- Partner with internal teams in their annual client account planning process to provide fundamental research on current and target market sizing by region
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant partners (KYC, TS Implementation, TS Product Management, Customer Service) to deliver to the business

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong organizational, time management and planning skills. A track record of accurate execution
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to adapt to internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated career progression, proving ability and desire to develop client and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales/Relationship Management role
- Experience in a front office environment and regular client interaction/strong client focus
- Strong analytical, technical, written and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
- Able to operate in a matrix environment where you can demonstrate strong partnership in achieving your goals
- Fluency in Korean/English to be able to communicate with local clients in Korea
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge and experience in Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Finance and/or Sanctions Compliance is preferred
