Experiential Brand Marketing Vice President

The Experiential Brand Marketing Vice President will provide executional, operational and functional support to the Experiential Marketing director for a robust portfolio of brand experiences within the Chase brand. In this role, you'll be on the forefront of an exciting transformation for the broader JPMorgan Chase marketing organization and you will play an integral role in the strategy, design, production, development and implementation of physical brand experiences to reach customers. You will partner closely with the business team, internal partner and external agencies to support and implement brand experiences.

As an Experiential Brand Marketing Vice President within the Experiential Marketing team, you will manage your time effectively across various work streams, be detail and solution oriented, motivated, and a great teammate who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You will be at the forefront of the Experiential Marketing sector, staying informed about what is relevant in the experiential space.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute key elements to the branded event experiences aligned to business objectives
  • Champion creative and experiential design excellence across all customer touch points
  • Develop and execute creative guidelines to ensure the brand shows up consistently across all customer touch points
  • Serve as an internal thought leader - driving the adoption of key brand strategies and best practices
  • Drive production of marketing assets across internal and external creative partners for key elements of each brand experience to deliver best in class brand experiences
  • Identify new ways to integrate digital touch points and platforms into live event experiences
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal partners and agency partners
  • Track budgets and key KPIs aligned to initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for existing business units to integrate within experiential portfolio
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments in a face paced environment

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • The candidate should be motivated, solution oriented as well as a great teammate who thrives in a fast paced work environment
  • Keen eye for design and creative detail
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas that will make us ask, "Why haven't we thought of this before?"
  • Experience working with marketing and experiential agencies and vendors
  • Ability to succeed in an ever changing, fluid environment with tight deadlines
  • Good sense of humor, positive attitude and ability to be flexible
  • Strong partnership and ability to influence stakeholders without direct oversight
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and leadership potential
  • Self-starter; able to work manage projects end to end in an independent manner without significant oversight
  • Occasional travel
