As an Experience Design Senior Associate in Chase Travel, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create inclusive and accessible solutions for diverse users. You will leverage your expertise in experience design and knowledge of the travel and financial services industries to drive continuous improvement and strategic thinking.

Job responsibilities

  • Align user needs with business goals to deliver elegant solutions across platforms
  • Apply advanced information architecture and storyboarding to enhance navigation and satisfaction
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and strategies
  • Collaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design and accessibility guidelines
  • Maintain and evolve scalable design systems for consistency and quality
  • Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating feedback to improve user experience

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Five years of UX/UI design experience focused on design systems for web or mobile
  • Skilled in UI and component design including typography, grid systems, layout, design tokens, color, and visual identity
  • Proficient in Figma and familiar with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with US-based product and design teams
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD and security
