As an Executive Director - Head of Affiliate Strategic Partnerships within the Business Development team at Chase Media Solutions, you will be instrumental in building and fostering strategic partnerships that promote our business growth. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams across the organization to expand our product range and guarantee consistent growth. Your crucial role will have a significant influence on the development of our media solutions and the expansion of our market presence

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop Business & Strategic Affiliate Partnerships: Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships to build a robust pipeline and expand growth with existing clients. Partner with clients to gather actionable product feedback, enhancing our current product suite and identifying new product opportunities.
• Develop cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing and product to build scalable resources for the sales team, ensuring effective selling with a focus on revenue generation. Help create a sales roadmap to identify and streamline focus areas, including vertical specific solutions and playbooks.
• Engage with stakeholder: Partner with key external stakeholders, including C-suite level contacts, to help grow and cultivate Chase Media Solutions' presence and influence.
• Sustain Growth: Work closely with the sales team to build sustainable long-term growth with current partners, utilizing data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and build a successful sales pipeline.
• Experience working cross-functionally to develop resources and strategies that support sales efforts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and support various stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience within the media or ad technology industry is preferred.
