As an Executive Director - Head of Business Card Portfolio Management and Strategy within Chase Card Services' Small Business Segment, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies for our Business cards. Your role will encompass managing the P&L across cash and rewards cards, collaborating closely with risk, finance, and key partners to optimize margins. Your daily responsibilities will include setting and achieving portfolio goals, prioritizing initiatives, and making strategic decisions based on insights and opportunities. You will have an opportunity to leverage your leadership and analytical skills to promote significant change and growth within a matrixed organization.

Job responsibilities:
• Manage the overall P&L of product line in SMB Card, including driving deep analysis and identification of opportunities and impacts
• Drive optimization of product line continuum, including definition of customer segmentation, product benefits, opportunities for value prop
optimization/refreshes, and opportunities for growth strategies
• Provide strategic thought leadership to lead teams in developing and prioritizing the most critical initiatives to grow top of wallet behaviors and market share across portfolios
• Define consistent, scalable processes and operating models for on-going portfolio management
• Partner with analytics, marketing, product, design and finance teams to evaluate investments to our customer base and understand and articulate potential
benefits and tactics to achieve OKRs
• Lead high-performing teams to evolve the operating model on product management, including fortifying engagement with adjacent teams to drive engagement tactics and spend stimulation
• Optimize frameworks by which to incorporate customer feedback into continuous improvement tactics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Exceptional skills in P&L management, financial acumen, and communications, and the ability to build best-in-class product management processes
• Extensive experience in card portfolio management
• Experience in applying analytical and business acumen to translate insights and data into a clear strategy
• Exceptional leadership acumen to build great teams and attract top talent
• Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, but also a willingness to focus on details and process
• Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed team and organization
• Proven ability promoting a strong controls environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures, and processes
