As an Executive Administrative Assistant in Global Securitized Products Group, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle regular activities without prompting, advising in advance of any issues or delays.
- Process a high volume of invoices and expenses with accuracy and timeliness, acting as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures.
- Arrange and monitor multifaceted domestic and international travel.
- Help plan, organize, and execute various events, providing on-site support at offsite conferences.
- Produce high-quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members, including monitoring desk setup and system access.
- Work collaboratively with the group's administrative assistants, fostering positive partnerships to support each other smoothly.
- Assist with work overflow and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- A minimum of five years of administrative experience.
- Experience in supporting multiple executives.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in diverse situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, OneNote)
- Motivated by a collaborative environment and willing to go above and beyond.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting executives at the Managing Director level or equivalent.
- College degree is a plus
Note: This role requires five days in the office, from Monday to Friday, and does not support hybrid options. Your standard hours will be from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
