Event Team Analyst
The Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Events Team partners with Asset Wealth Management Business to deliver consistent, high-caliber, high-touch client events. These events focus on net-new client acquisition, increasing flows, and building stronger client relationships while building our brand. You will have the opportunity to directly support and partner with Asset Management (AM) Event Planners.
As an Event Team Analyst within the Asset Management Americas Events Team, you will support the Asset Wealth Management business by working on multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large events to intimate roundtable dinners, office management, and Asset Management Events priority projects. You will play a crucial role in supporting Asset Management Event Planners. In addition, you will ensure seamless operations and flawless event execution through office management, supply coordination, expense handling, special projects, and onsite event support.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procurement of supplies, equipment, and gifts, ensuring quality standards.
- Execute pre-event tasks, including briefing templates, name badges, and shipping event supplies.
- Provide onsite support, managing registration desks and coordinating with vendors professionally.
- Research dinner and event venues and obtain event proposals.
- Support project management for priority projects
- Assist with budget management
- Assist with expense management.
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation and organize digital and physical files.
- Foster strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and ensure service quality.
- Coordinate team meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing business priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours for early morning and late evening events.
- Ability to cultivate a collaborative team spirit focused on exceptional client experiences.
