Job Summary
As an Events Management Associate within the Events Team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate events across India. You will ensure every event reflects our brand values, supports business objectives, and delivers a superior experience for clients, partners, and employees. Your strategic oversight and hands-on support will enhance team productivity and event success.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of office-based events, including conferences, workshops, town halls, and VIP visits.
- Oversee event setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and technical requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials, signage, and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless event execution.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve event quality and attendee experience.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative approach within the events team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Event/Hotel Management.
- Graduation or post-graduation from a reputable management college.
- Proven experience organizing and managing high-profile executive or corporate events.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel for event coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and adhere to strict budget parameters.
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as required by event schedules.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with digital engagement and innovative event formats.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in event management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
