As an Event Associate within Chase Business Banking, you will be at the heart of our event planning and execution, ensuring seamless program delivery from conception to reporting. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for small business owners, while driving critical business outcomes.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of Business Banking event programs.
- Support the development of event concepts, speakers, schedules, and locations for events.
- Collaborate with Event Leads to prepare and approve business cases for programs.
- Coordinate with strategic partners and external agencies.
- Lead content development which includes conducting speaker research and writing questions and speaking remarks in partnership with PR and communications teams.
- Manage xLOB partner relationships and integration.
- Provide execution support for other programs as needed throughout the year.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and technology in events and conferences.
- Promote diverse and well-rounded talent and topics to ensure comprehensive engagement.
- Manage multiple projects and assignments, delivering quality work with oversight from leadership.
- Assist in developing KPIs and program goals, contributing innovative ideas to articulate the value of events.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3 + years of experience in project management, events strategy & execution, communications or experiential marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently with high energy and integrity, adaptable in matrixed environments.
- Strong collaborative skills, managing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of quality.
- Proficient in Monday.com, Microsoft Office applications, and SharePoint.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. for onsite event support, with a minimum of 40 travel days.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and Skills:
- Degree in communications, hospitality, marketing, business, or related field, and understanding of the financial services industry.
