As a Prime Pre-matching Analyst within the Prime Pre-matching team, you ensure unmatched and failed trades are resolved efficiently. You collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain robust controls and support daily trade matching activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-matching activities in line with agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with counterparties to agree on PO's promptly
- Escalate high-value trades and unresolved issues appropriately
- Prioritize trades considering CSDR penalties and client impact
- Prepare and distribute client-specific reports to stakeholders
- Escalate exceptions and deviations from SOPs immediately
- Collaborate with Middle Offices to increase STP rates
- Act as SME and provide training to team members
- Conduct root cause analyses on recurring issues
- Validate and complete SOPs on schedule
- Support process improvement initiatives and control enhancements
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate at least 2 years' experience in pre-matching, settlements, or fails management
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Apply a strong control mindset in daily activities
- Coordinate effectively with global stakeholders
- Deliver strategic solutions for clients
- Analyze and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
