As a Business Enablement Analyst within the Client Onboarding and Service Team, you will partner with stakeholders to surface data-driven insights, optimize tool functionality, enhance training and documentation, and participate in special projects that boost workforce productivity. Job Responsibilities
- Attain super-user proficiency on core client-facing and internal platforms, uncovering advanced functions and hidden features to streamline workflows.
- Pilot new tool releases, collect user feedback, and support rollout plans that maximize adoption of key capabilities.
- Monitor usage data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, recommend automation opportunities, and implement best-practice workflows.
- Contribute to role-based training modules, quick-reference guides, and "office hours" sessions to accelerate user competence and sustain high adoption rates.
- Engage in special projects to enhance client and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or pending graduation) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, with academic projects or internships demonstrating hands-on technology or data work.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master enterprise platforms and features.
- Foundational data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and exposure to SQL, Python, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Basic understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives on continuous learning, collaboration, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with project management principles, with experience assisting in the planning and execution of projects.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking to identify and improve processes, with a willingness to learn regulatory guidelines.
