As an EMEA Triparty Operations - Trading Services Associate within the EMEA Triparty Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a rapidly expanding area that delivers a range of collateral-based products to a diverse client base, including Broker Dealer groups, Hedge Funds, and Global Fund Managers. You will be responsible for managing Securities Lending Escrow (SLE) and Tri Party Repo (TPR) products, ensuring accurate client account management and timely collateral allocation in line with strict market deadlines and internal controls. Direct client interaction will be a key aspect of your role, as you provide exceptional service and facilitate the collateralization process. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our products to meet new business opportunities and evolving client needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Verifies free of payment and cash transactions within market deadlines
  • Verifies Operations control checks via Operations Task Manager, ensuring all key control checks are completed accurately and within a timely manner
  • Maintains strong relationships with Client Service teams and ensures any client issues are escalated in a timely manner
  • Partners with Middle Office and Client Service teams to ensure Client's receive exceptional service
  • Participates in Operations Manual processing reviews and identify opportunities to reduce the number of manual tasks completed by the Global Tri-Party teams
  • Escalates contact for the Tri-Party Operations Team
  • Participates in Client Due Diligence meetings and service calls

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven Client Service skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours and overtime is key, including UK bank holidays and occasional weekend work

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Stock Lending or Repo experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Experience within Collateral

The Tri-Party Operations team provides a service to our clients across European working hours, covering 9:00am-6:30pm and is also required to work UK Bank Holidays as governed by client requirements. Cover may be provided via rotational shifts so a flexible approach to working hours is therefore needed.
