As a Strategic Project Owner and Attraction Specialist in Early Careers, you will drive strategic project ownership and streamline attraction strategies across various lines of business within the Wholesale Revenue team. You will be a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in managing complex projects, and is passionate about enhancing business performance through innovative attraction strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic projects across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project management standards, tools, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables, focusing on OKRs, business reviews, cost-benefit analysis, and governance
  • Prepare and present project insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring informed decision-making
  • Design and execute innovative attraction strategies to enhance talent acquisition across different business segments, partnering with the Transformation lead and peers in the other Early Careers segments to ensure the Wholesale Revenue approach remains cohesive with the wider firmwide strategy
  • Analyze market trends and business data to identify opportunities for improving attraction strategies and recruitment processes
  • Oversee financial performance related to strategic projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
  • Manage the annual and monthly budget processes, providing analysis and forecasting insights, including variance commentary, risks, opportunities, and trends
  • Develop insightful reporting, analyzing compensation and non-compensation expenses, allocations, accruals, and headcount for month-end processes
  • Establish regular routines and reporting for senior leadership, providing analysis and insights for presentations and projects

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Management, Finance, or Project Management
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with senior executives
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview) and adept in product management methodologies
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of hiring and onboarding processes and best practices
  • Experience of Early Careers recruiting and marketing
  • Experience with consumer marketing automation and process engineering
