Drive the Future - Payments & Business Management Internship
The Business Management (BM) team supports the Payments business by supporting both BAU objectives and shaping the go-forward strategic vision of the business, working with a wide range of product, Line of Business and functional partners. 
We are looking for a growth-minded Business Manager to support our Corporate Sales Business Management team in LATAM. The team plays a core role in presenting and interpreting financial and strategic information to the business leads within the organization. A collaborative approach and effective relationship-building is a key to success in this role, which is highly visible across Payments and offers the ability to work closely and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders. A curious mindset is essential.
Role Responsibilities: 
- Assist in developing, consolidating and presenting qualitative and quantitative financial analysis;
- Support the team as a liaison between Lines of Business, Business Management, Functional Finance and other teams in order to facilitate reporting and analysis;
- Track and understand trends in Latin America Payments booked fees and Pipeline activity;
- Help prepare presentations and supporting materials for internal clients, including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc projects and requests as needed;
- Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues across Payments and Banking.

What do we ask for this position?
These opportunities are for University students from Business Administration / Industrial Engineer / Finance or related careers, looking to gain an insight into our firm and industry prior to finishing school.
Advanced English.
Program length: 18 months maximum
Workload: 19 hours per week available
