Drive the Future - Finance & Operations Internship

Join our dynamic Drive the Future Brazil internship program and kick start your career while pursuing your university studies. This Internship Program is open to Brazil university students halfway through their degree and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience. No prior work experience is needed.

We seek proactive, creative, and self-driven university students eager to learn and grow. This could be your start to something big!

Required Qualifications:

  • University students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Statistics or related courses
  • Graduation expected in July 2027 or later
  • Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Before applying, ensure that you meet your university's specific internship eligibility criteria (ex: some universities may require students to have completed a minimum number of credits and/ or allow internship positions only in the final year of studies)
  • Available to work 6h per day (30h/week) in person at our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi neighborhood)

  • Equities F&O Ops: support the trading desk for Equities, Futures & Options. Main responsilibities include post-trade confirmation, position control, collateral management, stock borrowing, and lending control and reconciliations.
  • FX Operations: the team is responsible for the processing and settlement of FX transactions executed by the FX desk.
  • ICB Product Control: the team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statements for ICB products (M&A and Capital Markets products).
  • International Client Onboarding: the team provides support for the implementation of Treasury and Banking products and services for clients.
  • Institutional Services: the team is responsible for operational regulatory reporting to local regulators
  • Middle Office: support to JPMC Sales desk, regulatory and revenue control, deal review and client support
  • Payments Implementation: after sales area that supports Treasury Services products.
  • Regional Control Management: support the team with Regional Controls Governance and Reporting
  • Sales Support: the team is responsible to setup new clients, perform reconciliations and analyze documents.
  • Securities Services Client Service: the team is responsible for ultimate ownership of client satisfaction, pulling together the internal teams and resources required to successfully service a book of business.
  • WKO: team members are familiar with working in an analytical and dynamic environment and have the ability to evaluate complex documents in order to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
