As an experienced Vice President in Document & Business Solutions, you will lead operations excellence across EMEA with a particular focus on the UK operations, fostering relationships and managing teams for strategic growth. You will ensure effective delivery of products and services, aligning operations with established controls and risk management processes. Your leadership will support the growth and capabilities of team members, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness. Job Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to support strategic product growth.
- Ensure effective delivery of Document & Business Solutions products and services.
- Align operations with established controls and risk management processes.
- Manage and develop a strong team, focusing on leadership development.
- Act as the 'Local Contact' for outsourcing governance and manage the profit and loss.
- Identify opportunities to reduce spend and create efficiencies.
- Provide flexible and responsive assistance to clients and colleagues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the global Document & Business Solutions Management team.
- Promote and manage an inclusive work environment.
- Capture and manage risk issues or incidents following required procedures.
- Define and deliver on departmental initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Established in Vice President or equivalent role and ready for the next step in career progression
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of business outsourcing processes within the document and distribution space, technologies and industry best practice.
- Proficiency in key Microsoft programs and ability to analyze data.
- Experience in handling client requests and managing service expectations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and efficient.
- Ability to manage change, process, and staff development.
- Report to the Executive Director.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in fostering client partnerships and meeting service performance goals.
- Ability to support performance development processes and team reviews.
- Skill in promoting an inclusive work environment and providing direct management oversight.
- Competence in managing and reporting key business metrics.
- Experience in capturing and managing risk issues or incidents.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members for skill development.
- Expertise in analyzing, recommending, and implementing solutions for process improvement.
