  • Designs Data Architecture for Compute Space, the applications and systems of record
  • Leads governance for Data Architecture across Compute
  • Designs for our objective to build a Compute specific Data Warehouse implementation on Public cloud
  • Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional data architecture objectives
  • Owns and influences teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Owns governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations
  • Champions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience as a Data Engineer and Architect
  • Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
  • Practical cloud native experience
  • Data Modelling experience & governance
  • Experience building a Data Warehouse on Public Cloud
  • Experience working at code level
  • Good communicator
  • Able to influence senior technologists
  • Driven to get things done, self-starter
