Digital Product Analyst - AI Products

As a Digital Product Analyst within the Agentic AI Platform team, you will conduct in-depth analysis of AI product performance, user engagement, and market trends. You will utilize data-promoted insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation, develop detailed reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI insights into product development. You will also communicate strategic recommendations to promote improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • AI Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of AI product performance, user engagement, and market trends. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation within the Agentic AI Platform for Employee Experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and present detailed reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning for AI-driven product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to integrate AI insights into product development and enhancement processes. Support the team in making data-driven decisions to improve the Agentic AI Platform.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate data insights and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders, including product leadership, to drive strategic initiatives and improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development of strategies that enhance AI product effectiveness and user experience.
  • Advanced Tool Utilization: Utilize advanced data analysis tools such as Python, R, Tableau, and other relevant technologies to extract, manipulate, and visualize data. Ensure the effective use of these tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • AI Model Evaluation: Collaborate with data scientists to evaluate AI models and algorithms, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives. Recommend improvements based on product metrics, user feedback, and business goals.
  • User Interaction Analysis: Analyze user interaction with AI features, gather feedback, and work with product teams to incorporate improvements. Influence strategy, product ideation, and drive experimentation based on user behavior and product usage data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a corporate role as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, AI Product Analyst, or similar role with a focus on AI-driven products.
  • Proven track record of working with AI technologies and machine learning algorithms, including experience in deploying and evaluating AI models.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and experience with libraries like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience in data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and integrate those insights into product planning.
  • Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI-driven product development and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Integrity, responsibility, and professionalism in working with different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as Python, Pandas, NumPy, R, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Experience with AI technologies and machine learning algorithms, including NLP, neural networks, and LLM.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey data insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven product development and optimization.
