As an Associate, Digital Markets Product Manager for FICC Rates, you will partner with Automated Trading Strategies, Trading, Sales, and Technology to identify and implement electronic solutions for clients, sales, and traders. You will work in a fast-paced trading floor environment, requiring an entrepreneurial spirit and significant interaction with e-trading technology, sales, and trading teams. You will have the ability to challenge the status quo and influence change across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, trading, digital markets, and technology partners to implement electronic solutions for automated workflows, quote distribution, and algorithmic execution.
  • Build internal automation tools and client-facing execution tools on JPMorgan Markets (Execute) in collaboration with product and technology teams.
  • Execute business plans across primary exchanges, client-facing venues, and direct API, balancing cost vs. benefit of technology solutions.
  • Partner closely with data scientists to build cutting-edge client intelligence tools using AI/ML technology.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across G10 and EM Rates products to various technology teams.
  • Gather client feedback, understand market changes, and identify digitization opportunities.
  • Work with legal, compliance, and control officers on implementation of deliveries.
  • Provide technical leadership to build scalable frameworks across FICC products.
  • Drive and articulate product strategy and promote it with sales, clients, and trading.
  • Promote workflow automation and develop strategies for adoption using data-driven analysis.
  • Organize and analyze client/sales/trading needs, bridging technical gaps and driving prioritization and adoption.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Deep knowledge and experience in G10 and EM Rates Securities and Derivatives.
  • Expertise in Rates Derivatives trade life cycle management.
  • Experience working with data scientists on client intelligence initiatives.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills in a global product organization.
  • Experience in leading and building client-facing products.
  • Ability to organize and analyze client/sales/trading needs and bridge technical gaps.
  • Understanding of sales/trader workflows and applications used in daily operations.
  • Ability to drive prioritization, budget, and implement plans for pre-agreed roadmaps.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with accountability for delivering front-office targets.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial markets.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies in client intelligence tools.
  • Strong leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic trading floor settings.
  • Proven track record in driving product strategy and adoption.
