As a Digital Documents Services Payments Associate within the Digital Document Services team, you will manage account setups, review documents, and support regulatory and data migration projects. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify issues and coordinate with relevant functions internally for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time-frame parameters.
- Work with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology to contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in various locations and the global document management team in India, US, and UK.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced English skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 'Working to deadline' approach.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Law Degree, Bachelor in Economics, or similar.
