You will manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring alignment with wellness, sustainability, and business objectives. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for project delivery, incorporating market nuances and best practices.
- Lead technical due diligence efforts in collaboration with transaction and engineering teams.
- Manage procurement processes, engaging consultants and suppliers effectively.
- Oversee planning and design, ensuring alignment with business and commercial intents.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring risk management and site safety.
- Ensure workspaces meet wellness, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
- Act as integrator for overall program coordination with CAO partners and Technology.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and manage project budgets effectively.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Undergraduate or professional degree in construction, project management, engineering, or related fields.
- Extensive work experience in managing corporate construction/fit-out projects.
- Direct experience in commercial buildings, office renovations, and workplace planning.
- Strong programming and space planning skills.
- Proven fiscal accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard project management tools.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, preferably in EMEA markets and corporate real estate organizations.
