Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate in Data Visualization and Analytics, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, as well as support ad-hoc analytics. You will promote the setup and production of dashboards measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using advanced Tableau capabilities, and design ETL workflows in Alteryx to support Business Intelligence Reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage Business-LOB focused reporting and dashboards in Tableau, utilizing advanced capabilities to deliver KPIs, trend analysis, and insights.
  • Design and develop Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows and datasets in Alteryx, including preparation of technical specifications and documentation.
  • Drive innovation with stakeholders during agile development sessions to create and improve dashboards, leveraging newly onboarded data sources.
  • Query data and merge information from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management.
  • Strong experience in developing data visualization and presentations with Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and related tools.
  • Experience with business intelligence dashboard and reporting tools such as Qlik.
  • Experience with relational databases utilizing SQL for data investigations.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong technical documentation skills and strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to maximize productivity efficiently.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with SSIS Stored Procedures.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Preferably related to Human Resources analytics or in the financial services domain.
