DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboard products to provide accurate, relevant, and insightful analytics to the business. Initiate and drive dashboard projects on an end-to-end basis in an agile environment. Manage relevant controls and repositories to ensure adherence. Build and deploy rapid prototype solutions to demonstrate ideas and prove concepts. Generate insights through data analysis and understanding of business processes and turn them into actionable recommendations. Identify areas for business improvement and optimization using data tools, analytics, and targeted visualizations. Build and manage relationships across the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), as well as with corporate functions within CAO. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: 3 or 4 year Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Application, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Visualization, Analytics & Solutions Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Developing interactive dashboard products that are customized to business needs and requirements utilizing Qlikview, Qlik Sense and Tableau; Building multi-layered entitlement models for dashboard access provisioning using active directory user enablement and section access; Partnering with technology teams to set up infrastructure for DEV, UAT and Production dashboard environments; Partnering with technology teams to set up data connections to associated source systems, including SAP HANA, Oracle, AWS, shared drives, SharePoint, and APIs; Creating, normalizing, and implementing data models representing entities, attributes, and relationships for data required to build the dashboard solution; Developing ETL- based solutions through Alteryx workflows to parse, standardize, and merge unstructured data; Developing ETL-based solutions through Alteryx workflows to incorporate business logic and rules that feed into dashboard products; Developing SQL and PLSQL queries that retrieve data from SAP and Oracle databases to perform data analysis; Developing SQL and PLSQL queries that retrieve data from SAP and Oracle databases to incorporate into dashboard products; Managing scheduled tasks and deployments through Qlik Management Console; Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and performance of dashboard products through script evaluation; Implementing opportunities to improve the quality and performance of dashboard products through script optimization.
