As a Data Science Lead within the Community and Consumer Banking - Chase Media Solutions Analytics and Insights team, you will support advanced analytics projects across products, sales, operations, and tech teams. You'll drive delivery of a wide range of advanced analytics including sales forecasting, operations forecasting, and segmentation, as well as crafting data stories and presentations of key findings to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to understand business needs and develop effective analytics solutions.
  • Execute on a model strategy roadmap to continuously improve accuracy and functionality of forecasts and budget management.
  • Work on data science initiatives to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency through personalization and effective targeting.
  • Deliver on varied projects such as budget management tools, transaction enrichment, and customer audience segmentation.
  • Be an SME and key producer of forecasting model development, production, and execution, in partnership with Modeling team.
  • Collaborate across functions and lines of business to drive analytics and insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing key insights and conclusions, often to senior leaders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent SQL, Python, and Alteryx skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and have a proven track record of execution.
  • Structured thinker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • Master's in a quantitative or related field (i.e., Data Science, Statistics, etc.).
  • Experience in Ad Tech, digital media preferred.
