As a Data Owner lead in Offers and Shopping , you will lead data strategy to accelerate product development, drive business growth, and enhance the Chase customer experience. You will ensure data quality and protection, collaborating with product teams to deliver data that meets business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create plans for product data development and delivery to support strategic objectives and analytics.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data content and usage within the business.
  • Identify and document critical data scope, ensuring proper classification and metadata.
  • Support analytics integration by identifying necessary data for analytics platforms.
  • Document and coordinate resources for data quality requirements.
  • Influence timely resolution of data issues.
  • Develop processes to monitor and mitigate data risks, including protection and quality.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.
  • Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Subject matter expertise in business or product data.
  • Technical knowledge of data management and governance.
  • Ability to manage delivery timelines and consult on data best practices.
  • Ability to resolve data quality issues and implement solutions.
  • Skilled in SQL and database technologies.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Offers and Shopping products or retail banking.
  • Technical knowledge of Datawarehouse like Snowflake, Teradata.
