Data Owner Lead

As a Data Owner Lead within Data Analytics at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in accelerating product development, driving business growth, and enhancing the Chase customer experience. You will be responsible for all data in the Connected Commerce product, ensuring it supports business objectives, advanced analytics, and reporting. Collaborating with the product team, you will ensure data quality and safety requirements are met, while partnering with Data & Analytics leads to drive business value through data integration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create plans for product data development and delivery to support strategic objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data content and usage within the business.
• Identify and document critical data scope, ensuring proper classification and metadata.
• Support analytics projects by identifying data for integration into analytics platforms.
• Document and coordinate resources for data quality requirements.
• Resolve data issues promptly and develop processes to mitigate data risks.
• Manage compliance with Firmwide policies related to data integrity and protection.
• Develop relationships with data delivery partners and consumers across functions.
• Track and manage workstreams and KPIs to ensure successful deliveries.
• Manage staff to execute data-related tasks.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 6+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Subject matter expertise in business or product data.
• Ability to manage delivery timelines and execute via internal partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Structured thinker with good business acumen.
• Understanding of Agile technological development methodology.
• Bachelor's degree required;

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Master's degree preferred.
• Technical knowledge of data management and governance preferred.
