As a Data Owner Associate Sr at JPMorgan Chase within the Auto business team, you will play a crucial role in delivering new data solutions to fuel our AI & ML capabilities. You will ensure data is well-documented, high-quality, and secure, supporting business objectives and advanced analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, collect, and extract data from various sources.
- Perform data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation for analysis.
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines using AWS services.
- Implement data governance policies with the Data Quality team.
- Enforce best practices for data validation and error handling.
- Monitor and improve data quality across systems.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies for cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.
- Expertise in building data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data processing tools like Apache Spark.
- Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift).
- Subject matter expertise in business or product data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Data Observability/Data Governance tools.
- Technical knowledge of Data warehouse like Snowflake, Teradata.
- Knowledge of payments products or retail banking.
- Preferably skilled on Cloud technologies like AWS.
